For the Human’s favorite holiday, they whipped up some scare for the kids. They prepared brains, tiny fingers, and eyeballs within the pumpkins for the all small Humans to sink their hands into.

Ha, we have not been on vacation… The Humans have been insanely busy with design work (from web, to print, to snowboard art) and knocking out a bunch of MC Goods. Many thanks to the new and established clients of The Medium Control – we love busy.
BACK IN ACTION
Stay tuned, we have a grip of recently completed work to share, along with a very vibrant fall season on the North Shore.
Greetings. Yours truly is honored to be sponsoring a couple back to school giveaways on two critter friendly blogs, Pawesome and Modern Cat. They are both great sites, be sure to check them out and sign up to win some free Medium Control Goods.
Finally, yours truly in action. Well, I did actually get myself up here but the Humans only managed to capture my graceful departure. Thank goodness my stealth leaping skills shall remain secret.
Larger HD version of the video can be viewed HERE.
Beware, garden protector on duty. The Humans decided it was about time to start growing their own veggies, so they built a raised garden. In an effort to keep the garden consistent with other Habitat projects the Humans used untreated Douglas fir 4×4’s. To properly drain the garden the Humans stapled down a mesh bottom filled it with peat moss, and then soil. The raised garden makes it easy to tend and keeps most of the critters away. Get organically dirty HERE.
It has been an unusually rainy June and the yard is insanely green. I demanded that the Humans let me out (under their watchful eye) for my favorite treat, fresh grass – so good. Check out some serious grass mowing HERE.
Lost is found. The Humans finally watched the season finale of Lost and every episode leading up to. They enjoyed the thought provoking series, questioning time, space and afterlife. Most of all the exploring aspect of the unknown and impossible. It’s nice to think outside the Earth.
WATSON SPOILER
You may wonder how I am able to talk to you all… Well it was time we revealed the secret. For each post I venture into my own personal Hatch. It is here I relate my stories of exploration on Life. Travel on my friends, enter the Hatch HERE.
The Humans (well only Tommy) chose to partake in an evolution experiment. He gave it a good shot, but as you can see in the photos he did not achieve the full face of fur which I gloriously boast. Before the beard gets shaved off, I wanted to display his FAILED attempt at becoming a full fur faced being. Check out the stats HERE.

Any extra Easter candy? Send it my way.

The Humans announced to me today that I needed to brush up on my hunting skills because I was in charge of catching dinner. I don’t think so.
No April Fool’s joke can stop me from enjoying my daily kibble.
The Humans designed another version of one of my many great looks: the Sleepy Watson. Next, they decided to put my sleepy face onto their wood coasters and bags. They also added a few more new designs to their coaster line-up, including their iconic camera and bauhaus shapes designs. My coasters are featured over on Modern Cat this week so be sure to swing over and sign up to win a set. Coasters in detail, click HERE.

Year One. We want to say a big thanks to everyone for all the support this year. Year One of the Watsonian was a humble beginning but we are glad everyone seems to be enjoying it. The ramblings shall continue and Year Two promises to be a grand adventure. We are actually heading into Year Nine for our Medium Control Goods, crazy. Stay tuned because we have a ton of new goods floating about in our heads and ready to get into production. We hope everyone is enjoying all The Medium Control Goods we shipped out this season – thanks again, we appreciate it.
Hallelujah, it is Friday afternoon folks and I have had a long week of hunting. Yep, that’s right I do “live” inside but once in awhile I open the door and head out into the great unknown (typically I never leave the deck) but today was a day for discovery. Slowly I approached the head high grass with caution (it was difficult to see thru) I then nosed around for a bit before high tailin’ it back to the comforts of home (I know I am bigger than that grasshopper but I have never seen such a weird creature before…it would have scared you too) but before running out I did manage to help the Humans find the perfect spot to shoot pictures of their new flocked grass tote bags. The Humans have been busily working on flocking their classic grass design onto bags and shirts, stay tuned… I bid you adieu, until the next adventure my friends.

My fellow woodland creatures I have recently overheard we only have two weeks left of summer. Please stock up and fill your stashes. Don’t worry I will be sure to keep an eye on you while you are hard at work running around the yard. Me on the other hand, I will be creating new bags for back to school. Without my permission the humans have decided to use my mug icon as the graphic on the bags… oh the humility. Ugh, I will keep you all posted once they are ready for sale.
I am watson the cat, project supervisor at the medium control design company. This is my blog about the humans who work with me and the projects we create on a daily basis.
The question everyone always asks me: “do you always have your tongue sticking out?”
Yes it is. You humans are so uptight you just keep yours in too much.
